One flexible expert.
A hundred fewer problems.
Senior operational and strategic support for leaders navigating growth, complexity, and organisational change.
Operational pressure rarely appears all at once.
It builds quietly, pulling leadership into detail, slowing execution, and increasing risk across the business. These are common moments in the life of a business - and exactly when experienced operational support makes the greatest difference.
Outpaced by growth
The business is growing faster than its systems can support. What worked at half the size is now causing friction.
Leadership absorbed
Time is being consumed by coordination, unblocking teams, and operational detail rather than making strategic decisions.
Competing priorities
Projects and priorities are competing for attention with no clear structure to manage them, causing widespread inefficiency.
“When everything that used to run quietly in the background is now sitting with you, it's time to build structure.”
What I do
Executive Operational Support
Working alongside leadership to bring senior operational depth where priorities outpace capacity.
Practical, experienced support for founders and leaders who need operational capability without building a permanent internal team.
I work alongside leadership to organise priorities, manage the operational detail surrounding decision-making and ensure critical work progresses with clarity and pace.
This may include executive coordination, operational planning, policy development and cross-team organisation.
Operational Structure and Management
Establishing structure that restores rhythm, accountability and forward movement.
Oversight for environments where priorities are expanding faster than structure can support, or where structure has broken down.
I identify where coordination is failing, resolve bottlenecks and introduce simple, effective processes that restore rhythm and accountability.
The focus is not to add complexity, but to create structure that allows work to move predictably and efficiently.
The Link
Turning individual administrative knowledge into shared organisational capability.
A tailored framework that strengthens administrative capability across an organisation.
The Link focuses on the professionals who coordinate and support the daily functioning of the business. By strengthening connection, capability and shared standards, organisations build greater consistency, resilience and operational effectiveness.
This program is tailored to each organisation and designed to elevate the collective impact of administrative professionals across the business.
“Most often, I’m brought in when leadership teams are carrying too much operational load and need experienced support to regain momentum.”
How I work
Experienced support that adapts to what the business actually needs
Most engagements begin with a short conversation to understand what's happening operationally.
From there, support can be short-term, project-based, or ongoing.
Step in quickly
I step into how work currently operates, identify where coordination is breaking down, and absorb the operational complexity surrounding leadership.
Clarify priorities
Establish what matters now, what can wait, and where decisions need to sit. This reduces noise and allows work to move forward without constant intervention.
Build structure
Introduce practical systems, workflows, and communication structures that allow the organisation to operate smoothly as it grows.
“My involvement flexes as needed - stepping forward during change and receding once stability is established.”
About
I'm Eva Kucera, and I've spent more than 20 years working at the operational centre of complex organisations — supporting C-suite leaders through growth, structural change, and the kind of pressure that quietly consumes leadership capacity.
My career spans construction, hospitality, high-end residential strata, and real estate, across both large multinationals and privately owned businesses. That breadth means I step into new environments quickly and find my footing without needing to be led.
Some of what that work has looked like in practice: leading the operational transition of a major construction business to remote work, coordinating across a workforce of approximately 10,000; restructuring an executive's direct reports from 27 to 11 by mapping and reorganising the business around clearer accountability; and building an employee retention strategy from scratch that brought staff turnover from roughly one change a month to zero — sustained over three years.
I hold a Master of Commerce in Organisation and Business Management from the University of New South Wales, where I was recognised with the Dean's Award. I've also recently completed studies in generative AI and its business applications — because the operational environment is changing, and staying ahead of that matters.
Evia Consulting was built on a simple belief: that senior operational capability shouldn't require a permanent hire. Flexible, experienced, and discreet — I work best when the stakes are real and the work needs to move.
Based in South Australia, working with businesses across the country.
What I bring

Let's Start a Conversation
A short conversation is usually enough to identify where support will have the greatest impact.
If operational demands are beginning to compete with leadership priorities, or something simply isn't moving the way it should, reach out. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk.
SUPPORT CAN BEGIN QUICKLY AND ADAPT AS NEEDS EVOLVE.
